All flights are conducted using NDAA-compliant systems and US-based flight software. Managed by an IT & Cybersecurity professional, your sensitive project data, aerial imagery, and site maps are processed locally and never routed through foreign servers. Enterprise-grade data security is our standard, not an upcharge.
1. CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSION & MONITORING
Best for: General Contractors, Developers, and Stakeholders who need consistent visual updates.

2. MAPPING & SURVEYING (2D/3D)
Best for: Land Development, Civil Engineering support, and Large Acreage. Deliverables include Orthomosaic (GeoTIFF), Digital Surface Model (DSM), and 3D Point Cloud (.LAS) captured via mechanical shutter for zero distortion.

Processing Fee: A $150 data processing fee applies to projects requiring cloud hosting/delivery via DroneDeploy, Pix4D, or similar platforms.
3. INSPECTION SERVICES

4. GENERAL HOURLY & DAY RATES
For custom projects, search & rescue support, or security overwatch.
- Hourly Rate: $250 / hour (2-hour minimum)
- Half-Day Rate (4 Hours): $800
- Full-Day Rate (8 Hours): $1,500
- Emergency Call-Out (After Hours/Weekend): 1.5x Standard Rate
ADD-ON SERVICES & FEES
- RTK Ground Control Points (GCPs):$75 / point
- Physical targets placed and measured for survey-grade validation.
- Encrypted Physical Media Delivery:$50 + Shipping
- Project data delivered on an AES-256 encrypted USB drive for air-gapped systems or strict IT compliance.
- Travel – Local: Free * Covers Sequim, Port Angeles, and Port Townsend.
- Travel – Regional: $0.75 / mile * Applies to locations outside a 30-mile radius of Port Angeles.
- Ferry Fee: Cost + $50 * Applied if travel requires Washington State Ferries.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Authorization: All flights are subject to FAA Airspace Authorization. Operations near Fairchild International (KCLM), active MOAs, or restricted areas may require advanced waiver approval.
- Weather: Flights are weather-dependent. Re-scheduling due to rain, high winds (>25mph), or low visibility is at the discretion of the Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) for safety. No fee is charged for weather-related cancellations.
- Payment: 50% deposit required to book. Balance due upon delivery of data.
- Insurance: Olympic Sentinel LLC carries $1M Aviation General Liability insurance. COI (Certificate of Insurance) is available upon request.
- Data Handling: Client data is handled according to strict IT security protocols. SD cards are formatted post-transfer, and raw data is stored on encrypted local drives.
